About this event
Winter can be a difficult time of year, that’s why Beneath the Canopy have developed The Hibernation Sessions; a series of nature connection experiences at a reduced rate over the winter months.
Come and enjoy a magical winter morning in nature with your child. This family-friendly forest bathing session is a gentle way to slow down, explore the beauty of the season, and connect with one another.
Together we’ll enjoy:
winter-themed nature exploration
Mindfulness activities for parents and children
A playful scavenger hunt
Gentle movement in the fresh forest air
Time to connect with nature – and each other
